Structural Movement Joint Cover Strips

The clips affixed structural movement joint covers have been designed to provide an attractive and decorative low-cost solution to the problem of protecting and concealing expansion joints in the structure of a building. They are suitable for use in new and refurbishment projects for walls, ceilings and floors. Easy to install, the clips affixed cover strips are produced in aluminium, PVC and brass extrusions. They will successfully span joints up to 150 mm in all types of buildings.





Structural Movement Joint

Mechanical floor expansion joint made of aluminium side plates and interchangeable flexible insert for all types of finishes: screed,natural stone, cast stone, etc.

 

 


Compression Profiles

Compression profile (to be glued or not) for the easy and economical sealing of vertical and horizontal, indoor and outdoor joints.

Depending on conditions of use such as resistance to oils and bitumen, large movements at extreme temperatures, fire resistance, physiologically safe, the KLM and KLP profiles can be manufactured from selected raw materials according to DIN 7865, ASTM D638 and ASTM D746.

Fire Stop Joint Fillers

VEDAFEU is a compressible, non combustible joint filler. VEDAFEU guarantees an efficient protection against fire and hot gases up to 6 hours. VEDAFEU is easy to install by hand and is available in the range of 12 mm to 170 mm diameters which are suitable for joint widths from 10 to 150 mm. Larger diameters are available upon request.




VEDAFEU is suitable for structural movement joints in floors, walls and ceilings.

Vedafeu is tested by PSB up to 4 hrs fire rating.
